6-week Beginner Woodworking Course
Service Description
In this class, students will build a Shaker-inspired step stool with a built-in handle that can also be used for wall hanging. Along the way, students will learn to hand-cut dovetails, one of the hallmarks of fine woodworking, as well as chop a "through mortise". The stool will also be reinforced with screws, capped with wood plugs for a clean, finished look.
