Intro to Turning: Salt Cellar (S1) '26

Service Description

In this 4-week class, students will create a salt box with a swiveling lid. Students will learn the basics of operating the lathe and using woodturning tools to create a one of a kind salt cellar. No previous woodworking experience is required and all materials will be provided. Week 1: Safety, Lathe Basics, Tools, and Shapes. Week 2: Turning the Body of the Salt Cellar Week 3: Turning the Lid Week 4: Wrapping up and Assembling everything together
