Mondays @ 5:30-8pm,November 2 - December 14 w/Jane Wednesdays @ 6-8:30pm, November 4 - December 16 w/Sam B. Thursdays @ 6-8:30pm, November 5 - December 17 w/Mingjing Saturdays @12-2:30pm, November 7 - December 19 w/Natalie Sundays @ 1:30-4pm, November 8 - December 20 w/Mell **No class November 23-November 29** A great starting place for an intense 6-week course where students are introduced to throwing on the wheel, trimming work, surface design techniques, glazing, and a week of hand-building that can be used to incorporate into wheelwork or on its own. Week 1- Ceramic Studio Etiquette and Safety, Intro to throwing Week 2- Trimming and Handle Week 3- Glazing Week 4-Hand-building Techniques &Surface Design Week 5- Workday, Demos as needed Week 6-Glaze Fest Note: Prior experience is not a prerequisite All-inclusive including: - 25lbs of clay -6-weeks of 2.5 hours of instruction - Unlimited use of studio during open studio hours (M-TH 10-6P, F-Sat10-9P and Sunday 10-7:30PM) - Firing fees - Glazes
