Mondays @ 6:15-8:45pm, August 10 - September 14 Tuesdays @ 5:45-8:15pm, August 11 - September 15 Wednesdays @ 5:45-8:15pm, August 12 - September 16 Thursdays @ 5:45-8:15pm, August 13 - September 17 Saturdays @11-1:30pm, August 15 - September 19 Sundays @ 1:30-4pm, August 16 - September 20 A great starting place for an intense 6-week course where students are introduced to throwing on the wheel, trimming work, surface design techniques, glazing, and a week of hand-building that can be used to incorporate into wheelwork or on its own. Week 1- Ceramic Studio Etiquette and Safety, Intro to throwing Week 2- Trimming and Handle Week 3- Glazing Week 4-Hand-building Techniques &Surface Design Week 5- Workday, Demos as needed Week 6-Glaze Fest Note: Prior experience is not a prerequisite All-inclusive including: - 25lbs of clay -6-weeks of 2.5 hours of instruction - Unlimited use of studio during open studio hours (M-TH 10-6P, F-Sat10-9P and Sunday 10-7:30PM) - Firing fees - Glazes
