Service Description

Wednesdays @5:45-8:15PM with Samantha and Miia This six-week course introduces students to the craft of paper lantern making through a mixed-media lens, combining traditional Japanese washi paper techniques with woodworking and frame construction. Drawing inspiration from Noguchi-style lanterns, students will explore the intersection of light, form, and material — developing skills in bamboo frame construction, wood turning, paper application, and basic electrical wiring.
