Intro to Sculpture (Session 5) 2023

Thursdays @ 6:30 pm, June 22nd-August 3rd (No class June 29th) *No classes the week of June 28th-July 4th (Studio fully closed on July 4th)* In this 6-week course, students will learn the entire sculpture and hand-building process including sketching, supporting, and carving intricate details into one's work. Includes- 25lbs of clay - 6-weeks of 2.5 hours of instruction - Unlimited use of studio during open studio hours - Firing fees - Glazes Week 1: Slab, pinch, coil, miniature mock-up Week 2: Sketching & Conceptualizing Sculpture Week 3: Final Sculpture Part 1 Week 4: Final Sculpture Part 2 Week 5: Final Sculpture Part 3 Week 6: Glazing ***The sculptures will have a limit of 10x10x10in
