Mondays @ 6:30 pm, August 7th-September 18th (No class on September 4th) Tuesdays @ 12:30 pm, August 8th-September 12th Tuesdays @ 6:30 pm, August 8th-September 12th Wednesdays @ 6:30 pm, August 9th-September 13th Thursdays @ 6:30 pm, August 10th-September 14th Saturdays @ 10:30 am, August 12th-September 16th Sundays @1:30pm, August 13th-September 17th A great starting place for an intense 6-week course where students are introduced to throwing on the wheel, trimming work, surface design techniques, glazing, and a week of hand-building that can be used to incorporate into wheelwork or on its own. Week 1- Ceramic Studio Etiquette and Safety, Intro to throwing Week 2- Trimming Week 3- Surface Design & Glazing Week 4-Hand-building Techniques Week 5- Workday, Demos as needed Week 6-Glaze Fest Note: Prior experience is not a prerequisite All-inclusive including: - 25lbs of clay -6-weeks of 2.5 hours of instruction - Unlimited use of studio during open studio hours - Firing fees - Glazes
